Celebrating the best of traditional and contemporary Australian botanicals, coastal saltbush and rosemary are combined with calamansi citrus, a hint of spice from Tasmanian pepper leaf, juniper and ceylon cinnamon. A gin to be mixed with your favourite tonic water and garnished with cucumber.
