Golding The Spruiker Pinot Gris

Grown in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills this Pinot Gris is harvested with a lovely natural acidity. This is the backbone which carries the voluptuous palate of this wine and results in a complete and delicious Pinot Gris. This wine delivers a floral nose of jasmine, honeysuckle and apple blossom. The palate is layered with white stone fruits and pear and a hint of almond meal finishing with a lemon pith texture. The palate has creaminess through the centre and finishes with the crisp zing of the delicious acid.
