RLB Cabernet Sauvignon

COLOUR Dark red. NOSE Black currant and cherry dominate the nose with hints of peppermint fragrances. PALATE Ripe and full bodied flavours of dark fruits, cherry and blackcurrants dominate the palate with a dry, upfront tannin structure. FOOD MATCH The classic pairing with Cabernet Sauvignon is lamb, but for something a little different match our RLB Cabernet Sauvignon with a big bowl of rich, dark, slow cooked rabbit, with wild rice.
