Yeah Wine Chenin Blanc

Grown by cool cats in the cool confines of Treeton. Barrel fermented with wild yeast; serious winemaking for a seriously delicious wine. Juicy, refreshing, yum.

Growing & Making: Inland from Cowaramup in central Margaret River is Treeton, a cooler area that’s perfect for growing crisp, aromatic white grapes.  Handpicked Chenin Blanc was gently pressed and then fermented in older oak barrels using wild yeast.  Left on lees for eight months and then bottled unfined and unfiltered.  Subtle stone-fruit, pretty floral notes and savoury, complex edge, this has a lingering, driven finish.  Chenin Blanc is an amazing grape variety, an underrated treasure of WA and a bloody delicious wine.

Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
